Organizations based in the US have an option for using a Purchase Order to register for our courses, including 101: Mindfulness Foundations, 201: Mindfulness in the Classroom, 301: School Implementation Clinic, Mindful Communication, and Self-Compassion for Educators. We are not able to accept Purchase Orders from organizations outside of the United States* for registration and we are not able to register participants for our workshop series events using a purchase order.
To register for a Mindful Schools course with a purchase order, we will need:
- a completed Purchase Order Registration Form with "Participant(s) Information" and “Billing Information”
- a copy of signed PO made out to MINDFUL SCHOOLS, 1260 45TH ST, EMERYVILLE CA 94608, which you'll attach to the Purchase Order Registration Form
- receipt of these items at least three days before the course starts
When we receive this information, we will process the registration within three business days. Our Accounting Team will follow up with an invoice to complete the payment process.
Please be sure to submit purchase orders at least three days before the course starts.
