The most common reasons our payment processor declines credit card payments are AVS Mismatch Errors and International Declines.
AVS Mismatch:
The response code for this decline is "The transaction resulted in an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder." The process can be quite strict about the Billing Information matching precisely in order to have payment go through.
We are unable to force a credit card to go through when this happens. You may wish to check with a billing statement to make sure the address entered matches the exact billing address for the card.
International Decline:
The response code for this decline is "General Decline." You may wish to check in with your bank or credit card company to see if there are any limits or restrictions placed on your card that will not allow a charge to in the United States.
