A Few Details To Enhance Your In-Course Experience:
Course Pacing: While you can work at your own pace throughout the week, we ask that you complete your weekly assignments before midnight Pacific Time (PT) the day the next week's content is made available. This is to help you stay on pace with the course and get the most out of it.
Weekly Schedule: Starting in 2021, new materials are published every week at 12:05am on Thursdays for all courses, except the School Implementation Clinic, which is on-demand. To get the most from the course, please do your best to complete the current week’s material before the next week’s materials are released.
Planning Your Time: Please plan on spending two to four hours a week with course materials. This does not include time for your daily mindfulness practice.
Course Support: Your course will be facilitated by one of our expert mindfulness instructors. Your Online Course Guide will send occasional emails to address commonly asked questions, issues, and concerns and will be available for questions along the way.
Certificate of Completion: To receive your certificate for this course, we require that you complete all lessons, activities, and discussion posts before the course ends.
