Registration and Payment Policies
Groups of 10 or more must have a single point of contact (a Group Lead) who coordinates registration and payment with their Mindful Schools Group Enrollment Specialist.
Group registrations require a single payer. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit card
- School or organization check
- Purchase order (PO) process
Group participants must be registered and scheduled in a course within 6 months of the payment date. Missed registrations after the 6 month period are not refundable or transferable.
Non-Refundable
Purchases for groups of 10 or more are non-refundable.

Participant Substitutions
Mindful Schools understands that unexpected circumstances may arise that interfere with a participant’s ability to participate in a course they have been registered for. For this reason, we allow the Group Lead to make a one-time substitution to have a different participant take the original’s place. All substitutions must be communicated to the Group Enrollment Specialist by the Group Lead prior to the course start date.
There are no substitutions once the course has started, and the tuition of anyone who has been registered but does not participate will be forfeited.
Transfer Policy
Per the policy below, a one-time transfer is available for the following courses:
- 201: Mindfulness in the Classroom
- Mindful Communication
- Self-Compassion for Educators
For participants who need to transfer to a different course session, Mindful Schools offers a one-time transfer. This allows a participant to transfer from one course session to another provided the request for transfer is received within 14 calendar days after the original course start date. Requests for transfer must come from the Group Lead--not the participant. The new course session must be selected at the time of the transfer request and must start within 3 months of the original course start date.
This transfer can only be used one time and cannot be applied to a different participant nor be applied to a different course.
The tuition of participants with transfer requests that do not meet the guidelines of this policy will be forfeited.
There are No Transfers for the Following Courses
- 101: Mindfulness Foundations
Because of our commitment to keep the cost of this course significantly below it’s monetary value, we do not offer a transfer credit for this course. However, if you have purchased this course, your participant will receive Read Only access to the course when the course session is closed. - 201T: Mindfulness in the Classroom (Abridged)
Because of the on-demand nature of this course, it is ineligible for transfer credit. - Schoolwide Implementation Clinic
Because of the on-demand nature of this course, it is ineligible for transfer credit.
