Educator Graduate Level Credits
As of 2020, classroom educators can potentially earn graduate credit for any of our online courses via our partner organization, Courses4Teachers, an affiliate of University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Our online courses (101: Mindfulness Foundations, 201: Mindfulness in the Classroom, School Implementation Clinic, Self-Compassion for Educators, and Mindful Communication) are eligible for graduate credits, and you can earn up to 12 educator graduate level credits for participating in them.
For questions about graduate level credit for educators, to get more information on the application process, fees, etc., or to apply for credit, please contact Courses4Teachers or visit their website.
For those participants and graduates of our courses who do not fit within these two categories of professional credits, we recommend discussing our courses with your governing board to see if you can receive professional development credit for completing our trainings.
Often graduates will submit their Certificate of Completion to their governing board. Participants who complete any Mindful Schools course will receive a Certificate of Completion for the course. Certificates of Completion are received during the Closing Activities of each course, and will reflect the session of the course, the name of the Online Course Guide, and the number of hours allotted to the course.
