101: Mindfulness Foundations
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to cancel registration and receive a full refund of tuition paid, participants are
required to:
- Request a refund no later than 14 calendar days before the start of the course
- Request for refund must be submitted in writing here
There will be no refunds for requests received within the 14 days leading up to the course start date.
Transfer Policy
We do not offer transfers for this course.
Certificate of Completion Policy
In order to receive a certificate of completion, participants are required to:
- Complete all course modules and assignments by the end of the two-week grace period for the course
All participants of this course receive view-only access to the course content and materials when the course session is closed, regardless of completion status.
101R: Mindfulness Foundations + Retreat
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to cancel registration and receive a full refund of tuition paid, participants are
required to:
- Request a refund no later than 14 calendar days before the start date of the course
- Request for refund must be submitted in writing here
There will be no refunds for requests received within the 14 days leading up to the course start date.
Transfer Policy
We do not offer transfers for this course.
Certificate of Completion Policy
In order to receive a certificate of completion, participants are required to:
- Complete all course modules and assignments by the end of the two-week grace period for the course
- Retreat attendance is not required for certificate of completion
All participants of this course receive ongoing view-only access to the course content and materials when the course session is closed, regardless of completion status or retreat attendance.
201: Mindfulness in the Classroom
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to cancel registration and receive a full refund of tuition paid, participants are
required to:
- Request a refund no later than 14 calendar days before the start date of the course
- Request for refund must be submitted in writing here
There will be no refunds for requests received within the 14 days leading up to the course start date.
Transfer Policy
For participants who wish to cancel their registration after the applicable refund eligibility period, Mindful Schools offers a one-time transfer to the same course at a later date.
- Requests to transfer must be received within 14 days after the original course start date.
- The new course must start within 3 months of the original course start date
- The new course must be selected at the time the transfer is requested
- This transfer can only be used one time and cannot be transferred to another participant nor be applied to subsequent cancellations.

Certificate of Completion Policy
In order to receive a certificate of completion, participants are required to:
- Complete all course modules and assignments by the end of the two-week grace period for the course
Participants who complete coursework through module four (4), which includes completing the module 4 quiz and signing the Curriculum Use Agreement, receive view-only access to the course content and materials when the course session is closed, regardless of completion status.
201L: Mindfulness in the Classroom, Live Intensive
Cancellation and Refund Policy
In order to cancel registration and receive a full refund of tuition paid, participants are
required to:
- Request a refund no later than 14 calendar days before the start date of the course
- Request for refund must be submitted in writing here

Certificate of Completion Policy
In order to receive a certificate of completion, participants are required to:
- Attend all live sessions in full--there are no makeup sessions
- Complete all assignments in the online classroom by designated end date
- Complete opening and closing surveys in the online classroom by designated end date
Participants who complete the course will receive view-only access to the course content and materials when the course session is closed.
201T: Mindfulness in the Classroom for Graduates
No Cancellation, Refund, Transfers, or Certificates of Completion
Because this course is “on-demand” and provides participants with immediate access to all course content and materials, it is non-refundable, non-transferable, and there is no certificate of completion.

Workshops

- Request a refund no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event
- Your request must be submitted in writing here
There will be no refunds for requests received within the 48 hours of the event.
A recording of the event will be sent one week after the event. The recording expires 90 days after the event.
Transfer Policy
We do not offer transfers for workshops.
Certificate of Completion Policy
In order to receive a certificate of attendance, participants are required to:
- Attend event in full--attendance will be verified if you complete the following:
- Join the event by web browser or Zoom App within the first 10 minutes of the start of the event
- Join the event using the same email as used to register for the event
- Stay logged in and engaged for the duration of the event
- Complete the event survey within one (1) week of receiving the link to access the survey. The survey link will be emailed on the day of the event
Certificates are only available to those who complete these attendance and survey
requirements, without exception.

complete the attendance requirements and submit the survey within the stated time
frame.
There is a $20 fee to reissue certificates.
