Cancellation and Refund Policy
(for all online courses)
This policy does not apply to the Mindful Teacher Certification Program or event registrations such as Grad Retreats and Workshops. These have their own policies. Mindful Schools is dedicated to providing quality courses and customer service, so if you find that you are dissatisfied with a course for any reason, we encourage you to contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org before making the decision to withdraw.
Mindful Schools understands that sometimes unexpected things happen that interfere with your ability to participate in your selected course(s) as you intended. You can elect to cancel your registration or withdraw from a course at any time, for any reason, by contacting email@example.com. For details about your eligibility for a refund, please read our policy below.
If you wish to cancel your registration and receive a full refund* in the tender originally provided, you must submit your request to do so within thirty (30) calendar days of your original date of purchase or within fourteen (14) calendar days, or two weeks, from the course start date, whichever is earlier. Participants who request a cancellation after the applicable refund eligibility window has closed will receive a refund for the amount paid in the form of Mindful Schools credit (non-transferable†; no cash value), which may be available for use for one (1) calendar year after the original date of purchase. After one (1) calendar year, any outstanding credit amount is forfeited. Please note that Mindful Schools credit is non-refundable and may only be used once; it cannot be reissued in the event of a subsequent cancellation and/or withdrawal.
*For course(s) purchased with a package, discount, or other offer, only the amount paid (the discounted value) will be refunded. The full retail value will not be refunded. Courses purchased as a bundle may not be separated for the purpose of cancellations or refunds.
†If your registration was paid for by an organization as part of a group, the same terms and conditions above apply with the exception that the credit is transferable— it will be issued to your organization or institution rather than any one individual, and may be used by any member of your organization or institution.
